Description

The 120 mm ARKTIC CF200 external wall insulation hinge bracket is designed to provide a durable fix for shutter hinges on an externally insulated façade. Pre-drilled with two staggered holes, it makes installation easier whilst minimising thermal bridges and ensuring excellent load-bearing capacity.

The ARKTIC CF200 120 mm external thermal insulation (ETI) hinge bracket is a solution specially developed to facilitate the fixing of shutters to a façade fitted with external thermal insulation. Unlike traditional fixings that pass directly through the insulation, this high-density EPS fixing block absorbs mechanical stresses whilst preserving the building’s energy performance. Thanks to its two pre-machined stepped holes, installation is quick and precise. Once the render has set, the tradesperson can install the hinge simply by screwing it in or using chemical anchoring, depending on the site conditions. This solution helps to minimise thermal bridges, improves the quality of the finish and significantly reduces installation time.
