Description
The ISOL France TH31 grey PSE panel, 160 mm thick, is a rigid expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI). Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 5.15 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/(m.K), and is installed by gluing and/or fixing with dowels to masonry, concrete or timber frames. Easy to handle and cut to size, this panel is suitable for both new builds and energy-efficient renovation projects. Compatible with ETICS systems covered by technical approvals, it offers certified mechanical and thermal performance, ensuring a facade with long-lasting insulation.

Check that the substrate (masonry, concrete or timber frame) is sound, level, clean and free from traces of grease or dust. Bond the ISOLITEX GRIS 31 panels using the appropriate adhesive mortar, following a staggered joint layout in a chequered pattern, avoiding cross joints. Secure the panels further with hammer-in anchors if the nature of the substrate or the height of the building requires it, in accordance with the specifications of the ETICS system as set out in the technical approval. Embed a glass-fibre mesh in the undercoat render, then apply an adhesion primer before installing the façade finish. Cut the panels with a saw or utility knife to fit end joints, corners or around window and door frames.

The ISOL France TH31 grey EPS panel, 160 mm thick, is a rigid expanded polystyrene insulation board, designed for external wall insulation (EWI). Its TH31 graphite-modified polystyrene formulation offers the best thermal performance in the ISOL France range for panels of the same thickness, a key advantage for optimising the total thickness of the ETICS system. This is a feature sought after by professionals involved in energy-efficient refurbishment or new-build projects. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, this ISOLITEX GRIS 31 panel has a thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/(m·K) and a thermal resistance of R = 5.15 m²·K/W at a thickness of 160 mm. It has a Euroclass E fire reaction classification, certified by the LNE. These characteristics are ACERMI-certified under reference number 15/171/1016, guaranteeing the product’s compliance with French regulatory requirements. This panel can be installed on masonry, concrete or timber frames, using an adhesive and/or dowel-fixing system, depending on the specifications of the substrate and the chosen insulation system. It is compatible with ETICS systems covered by a technical approval. It can be supplied in a tongue-and-groove version to facilitate installation and minimise thermal bridges between panels. Easy to handle and cut on site, it allows for rapid installation in both new-build and renovation projects. Thanks to its certified thermal performance, this panel helps meet the requirements of the HQE and BBC certification schemes. It is aimed at façade contractors, companies specialising in external thermal insulation and building professionals seeking a reliable, cost-effective and easy-to-install insulation material for their external thermal insulation projects. In a complete external thermal insulation system, this panel is combined with a fibreglass mesh embedded in an undercoat render, a bonding primer and then a facade finish of your choice (thin-set render, acrylic-siloxane or mineral coating). This combination ensures the wall’s thermal performance, protection against the elements and a long-lasting aesthetic finish, whilst simplifying site management thanks to a standardised 1200 x 600 mm format that can be easily laid out across the entire façade.
For this project, the choice of a 160 mm TH31 graphite PSE is justified whenever the thermal target is tight: its low thermal conductivity often makes it possible to achieve the desired performance without making the system unnecessarily thick.

The ISOLITEX panel from ISOL France, an external thermal insulation panel, is available here in a thickness of 200 mm, offering a thermal resistance of R = 5.25 m².K/W. With a thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/(m·K) and dimensions of 1200 x 600 mm, it is an ACERMI-certified solution suitable for masonry, concrete or timber-frame façades, installed using adhesive and/or fixings.
This white panel combines lightness, ease of cutting and compatibility with ETICS systems covered by technical approvals, for both new-build projects and controlled energy-efficiency refurbishments.
The Siniat Unimat Façade BD panel, 150 mm thick, is a rigid white expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI) under thin-coat or hydraulic renders. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 3.95 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/(m.K).
As a cost-effective entry-level solution, it is suitable for external thermal insulation projects that do not require the enhanced performance of graphite-modified expanded polystyrene (EPS).
The Siniat Unimat Façade Ultra BD panel, 30 mm thick, is a rigid, graphite-modified (grey) expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI) beneath render. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 0.95 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/(m.K).
Lightweight and easy to cut, this panel is installed by gluing and/or fixing with dowels to masonry and concrete, in both new-build and energy-efficient renovation projects.
The Siniat Unimat Façade Ultra Opti panel, 120 mm thick, is a rigid, graphite-modified expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI) beneath render. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 3.75 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/(m.K).
Positioned as a cost-effective alternative to the Ultra BD range, it retains the qualities of graphite-enhanced expanded polystyrene (EPS), offering excellent value for money.
