The ISOL France TH31 grey PSE panel, 50 mm thick, is a rigid expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI). Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 1.60 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/(m.K), and is installed by gluing and/or fixing with dowels to masonry, concrete or timber frames. For this project, the choice of a 50 mm TH31 graphite PSE is justified whenever the thermal target is tight: its low thermal conductivity often makes it possible to achieve the required performance without making the system unnecessarily thick.
